Shipping Procedure

Your order will be shipped with the following instructions after Packing Procedure

Shipping Fees

We cooperate with EMS & DHL. Selecting a method of shipment you prefer on Shipping Info page during the checkout process Step 2.

1 or 2 items per order:
EMS: $30 per order.
DHL: $60 per order.

Over 2 items per order:
EMS: Free.
DHL: $60 per order.

Delivery Time

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item's Packing Proceduce is done. 
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.

Shipping time:
EMS: 7-10 days for the parcel arrive your door.
DHL: 4-7 days for the parcel arrive your door.

Tracking Order 
The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped out. With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your items from the time your order leaves our warehouse until it arrives to your door.

Please note
1. If the parcel can not delivery successful by the wrong shipping information provided from customer, we will charge a reshipping fee. If you would like to cancel this order, we will charge a restocking fee.
2. When the parcel was signed by someone according to the record shown on the delivery system, we concluded that you have got the parcel and received all items of your order. That is not our responsibility if the parcel is picked by anybody else. We recommend that you can contact your local post office to have a check. 
3. We will not be responsible for the parcel being seized by your local customs, this is out of our control. Please contact your local post to make sure the situation of your local customs before order.
4. The following factors may delay the delivery: 
 - The items you ordered is out of stock or need to custom-tailor, so we will take more time to prepare your products. 
 - Special days: Public holidays. We need extra days to process the order. 
 - Climate or other reasons: severe weather may have a bad effect on shipping.
